Wow! What an experience they have so many wonderful teas , and it just amazed me that they grow these tea's right here in michigan. 2 ladies that were, there are extremely knowledgeable, and we're very kind and really gave us an education on the teas and where they came from, and how they're made, it was a great experience.I highly recommend it! Earl Gray is my favorite tea.And they have a very special creamy earl grey , which is just out of this world. We bought some by the way. The omelet shop downtown city had their tea.And that's how I found out about them

It's been almost 12 years since my first visit to the shop but the Earl Grey tea is still just as delicious. I ordered on a Friday morning and they had it ready to ship less than 30 minutes later! The care and attention to their craft is undeniable, you simply can't go wrong! I highly recommend stopping by if you're not sure what to get!

Absolute heaven! It was such a peaceful place to visit, inside and outside. They have a huge variety of teas. We got to sample a creamy earl grey, hummingbird, and a chai latte, all amazing! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, educating us on all the teas, how they were made, and the tastes and benefits of each. After tasting a few teas, we enjoyed walking around the peaceful, quiet meditation gardens. They were full of beautiful flowers all planted for pollinators. I love that. This is the only organic biodynamic tea Farm in the country. Making delicious tea and helping the environment at the same time.

Light of Day Tea Farm was straight out of a storybook! The owners, Angela and Michael, were fantastic, they took time to inform the customers of the process, their mission, and answer any questions that they had. I felt very welcomed in this shop. You can try any of their tea for just $4 for a 16oz cup, which is a good idea before you invest in any of their teas. They also have open grounds which provides a nice walk through nature, and a beautiful garden with seating where we sat for a few minutes, sipped our tea, and listened to the birds. It was a great place, and I would recommend it to anyone in the Traverse City area.

Light of Day has the best loose leaf tea I have ever tasted. And I absolutely adored their tea room and gardens. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I could have stayed for hours smelling teas on the sniff bar. You may be off put by the prices, but please remember you are paying for quality here. And boy is this quality tea! Even on a foggy, drizzly day this place seemed magical.
